Garbage Bowl ‘90:
Bombers blast Combines, 10-3

The Southern Bombers blasted the Northern Combines by a 10-3 score in Monday’s Garbage Bowl played in Montreal West.
The 41st annual event was played on the field of Royal West Academy and the Bombers won out with a touchdown pass late in the final quarter of the game.

At a dance held previously, Miss Sheila MacLeod, of N.D.G., was slected as the Bowl’s “Miss Leftovers” and reigned over Monday’s activities. She was joined by Miss Katherine Brown, of Westmount, who was named “Miss North” while Miss Cheryl Smith, of Ville Lasalle, was selected as “Miss South’
Proceeds from the event will go to ‘11p the Mackay Centre and other beneficiaries of the Montreal Westward Rotray Club which assists in sponsoring the Garbage Bowl.
